RMA PROCESS

Please follow these four steps:

STEP 1: Apply for an RMA by downloading the RMA Request Form below, and filling out the information requested:

  • Reseller information — where the item was purchased (if applicable)
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your mailing address shipping to
  • Recipient name
  • Product model or part number
  • Product serial numbers
  • Description of failure or pictures
  • Your RMA Credits (if applicable)

STEP 2: Submit your RMA request by uploading the finished ā€œRMA Request Formā€ into the field below, press the submit button after answering the questions.

STEP 3: The technical support team will apply an RMA case number after receiving the ā€œRMA Request Formā€, confirm with customers for failures, then open an RMA ticket and prepare to ship.

STEP 4: The support team will ship out RMA to customers within a week after case being confirmed, also send an email with final ā€œRMA Request Formā€ as customersā€™ record, with USPS tracking number attached.
